These terms also cover the website, which is the same product running in your browser. Where the terms say "the app", read "the app or the website". On the website there is nothing to buy: a skin's downloads and the pixel editor are free. The pages show ads from Google AdSense, non-personalized; there is no ad to watch. Skins you keep are stored in your browser, on your device, and are yours.
1.1 Scan2Skin 3D: Avatar Creator (the app) is software that creates game skins (image files) from a live camera capture of you or of someone who agrees to be scanned. Processing happens on your device. Skins are stylized, low-resolution approximations; they may not look like the person, and results depend on the capture, lighting and device. Results are provided as is.
1.2 If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Scan2Skin 3D: Avatar Creator is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Use of exported skins inside any game is governed by that game's own terms, which you agree to separately.
3.1 You own the skins the app generates and your edits to them. We claim no rights to them. We never receive your captures.
3.2 Because all processing happens on your phone, you grant us no license to your captures.
3.3 You are responsible for your content. By using the app you confirm that for each capture:

5.1 Exported skins are yours. You may use them in games and share them, subject to the relevant game's terms and to the rights of the person depicted. Get that person's agreement before you publish, share or sell a skin made from someone else.
5.2 We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific game version, launcher or skin service. Third-party games and services named in the app are not ours.
6.1 The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play on Android phones, by Apple's App Store on iPhone, or by the Amazon Appstore on Fire tablets. It removes all ads and unlocks the pixel editor, HD (128x128) skins for Minecraft Bedrock, and painting fine details at 128x128 in the pixel editor. Refunds follow the policies of the store you bought it from. Use "Restore purchases" to recover Pro on a new device signed in to the same Google, Apple or Amazon account. If we later offer a subscription, its price and renewal terms are shown before you buy, and existing purchases are honored.
6.2 In the free version, watching one rewarded video ad unlocks exporting a skin, in every format, including its quick fixes and edits. If no ad can load, the export is unlocked anyway. Ads are provided by a third party (Google AdMob, or Unity Ads on Fire tablets); we do not control or endorse the products advertised. Ads never appear inside your skins.
6.3 In the free version you may also see one full-screen ad when you ask to make another skin, after you have finished one. There is never an ad before your first skin, never one while you are taking photos or editing, and never two ads in a row; you can close the ad, and if no ad loads the app simply carries on. Pro removes this ad too.
7.1 The app is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Skins are stylized approximations, not a guaranteed likeness. The app is not an identity, verification, measurement or medical tool and must not be relied on as one.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time; uninstalling deletes all of its data. Your license to use the app ends if you break these terms.
We will tell you in the app about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, and post the new terms on this page with a new effective date.
How the app handles camera images, face and body data, skins, ads and purchases is described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section takes away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
